4. Shipping and DeliveryWe aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


5. Return Policy Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return link for instructions on how to initiate a return.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philippines.

Return and Refund Policy

At Nextera Wellness online shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 


1. Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

· Unused and in the same condition that you received it

· In the original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

· Gift cards

· Downloadable software

· Items on sale or clearance


3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer service team at customer.service@nextera.com.ph     to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the      return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will      receive instructions on how to return your item.


4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days. 


5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will bear the shipping costs for the return.


6. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us to discuss the exchange process.


7. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make arrangements for a replacement or full refund.
